Overheated oil prompts manly ferry emergency
BONGS, Wyo. – A truck driver in Yellowstone died after being stranded inside his stalled and damaged SUV for nearly five hours Friday morning when the truck’s oil explod바카라사이트ed, causing the car to blow away.
The Wyoming State Police say the explosion at 3:46 a.m. Monday happened in a region surrounding the park where most oil and gas바카라 drilling takes place. The fire department says at that time the oil could have reached 200,000 pounds.
The car also blew over causing the truck to come to rest along a cliff바카라 about a mile outside the entrance to the park.
According to a statement from Yellowstone National Park, the truck’s driver, who was using the disabled vehicle, was not wearing an emergency seat belt.
The cause of death is still being investigated.
No arrests have been made, the police say.
